Wine and Cheese by the Vines

Wine & Cheese By The Vines

Enjoy a relaxed indoor evening of wine and cheese at Squamscott Vineyard & Winery in Newfields, NH. Guided by the Vignerons of Squamscott, you’ll savor a curated tasting flight of Blue Heron wines paired with locally sourced New England cheeses.

Wine and cheese: a timeless pairing born of fermentation.

For thousands of years, cultures worldwide have crafted wine and cheese as daily staples and sources of joy. Though one is poured and the other sliced, both are the delightful result of fermentation—a natural process in which simple ingredients transform into something far more complex.

A Love Story in Every Sip and Bite

Wine and cheese have long been lovers in the art of pleasure. Each begins as something simple—grapes, milk—and through the quiet alchemy of fermentation, they become something far richer and more complex.

Five Wines. Five Cheeses. One Unforgettable Evening.

We’ll pair five of our handcrafted, minimal-intervention wines—grown and made with care using sustainable farming practices—with five artisanal cheeses sourced from local New England creameries. Each pairing is thoughtfully selected to highlight the harmony between wine and cheese, where the integrity of the land and the artistry of the maker unite in every taste.
