Seacoast Red is a medium-bodied, dry red wine, made from our estate-grown Chancellor grapes. With delicate tannins and light French oak, the wine emphasizes the natural aromas of ripe cherries and plums. This wine pairs well with tomato-based pasta, lean grilled beef or sausage, grilled vegetarian kebobs, medium cow and sheep cheeses, and light desserts like chocolate biscotti or a fruit crostata.
